Announcements!
The Spirit of Mother Earth was entered in The National Quilter's Association 2008 Quilt Show www.nqaquilts.org this past June 19-21.
The quilt was being judged for a Master's Award and other categories.
We are thrilled to inform you that The National Quilter's Association awarded Sharon the title of Master Quilter. We cannot be more proud of Sharon and it just goes to show that hard work really does pay off.
Currently there are only 24 Master Quilters, including Sharon. You can view a list of master quilters Here
While at the NQA show, The Spirit of Mother Earth was also awarded Best of Show Bed Quilt and 1st Place Bed Quilt Appliquéd.
We would like to thank Mae Adkins for taking a picture of the quilt at the show.
